Welcome to Gather and Grow, a charity supporting learners aged 18 and over with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) to develop essential life skills and confidence.

At Gather and Grow, we are passionate about empowering every learner to thrive in everyday life. We believe that everyone has the potential to learn, grow and make a valuable contribution to their community.
We have high expectations for all our learners and encourage them to challenge themselves, work hard and take pride in their achievements. Through our exciting, inclusive and practical curriculum, we provide meaningful learning experiences tailored to each learner’s individual needs, interests and aspirations.
Our curriculum focuses on developing essential life skills, including cooking, hospitality, money management, communication, teamwork and employability. By building strong relationships with local businesses, community organisations and education providers, we create valuable opportunities for real-world learning, work experience and community participation.

We are committed to creating a positive, supportive and inclusive learning environment where every learner feels valued, respected and encouraged to reach their full potential. Individual coaching and mentoring are central to our approach, ensuring learners receive the guidance and encouragement they need throughout their journey with Gather and Grow.
We also support learners to explore their next steps, whether that is moving into paid employment, supported employment, volunteering, further learning or appropriate social care and community opportunities. Our aim is to help every learner develop a greater sense of purpose, belonging and confidence in their future.
